Terms of service

These terms apply when you request a quote or book a shipment with Royal Port Logistics LLC.

Quotes

Calculator results are honest market estimates, not binding prices. Your exact price is confirmed by our team before booking, and the price we lock is the price you pay.

Our role

We are a federally licensed transport broker (USDOT #3032619, MC #40242). Your vehicle is transported by an independent, federally licensed motor carrier that we vet and assign. We verify each carrier's operating authority and cargo insurance before dispatch.

Payment

Payment options and timing are confirmed with your locked quote. The remaining balance is paid to your driver at delivery after you inspect your vehicle.

Booking and fees

Our broker fee becomes non-refundable once we begin carrier search and dispatch. Failed pickups caused by unpaid auction or storage fees, missing title or release paperwork, or an unavailable vehicle may carry a carrier dry run charge that the customer is responsible for. Redispatch after a failed pickup carries no new broker fee.

Claims

Damage in transit is covered by the assigned carrier's cargo insurance. Note any issue on the delivery inspection before paying the driver, and we will help you file the claim.
